On April 10th Rai Chowdhary of Team 2000 spoke on using FMECA techniques in developing a business plan for a new business. Rai went through the FMECA process on how he planned his own consulting company, Team 2000, and detailed how going through this process saved his company from potentially losing thousands of dollars. Mr. Chowdhary speaks about the FEMCA process
to those in attendance. Several good examples were given to show 
how conducting a FEMCA can save a business money.
